Users are prohibited from:

  • Engaging in fraudulent activities
  • Creating multiple accounts to exploit free reports for first-time users

We reserve the right to disable such accounts and revoke their credits.

4. Intellectual Property

All reports generated by Maptimum are the property of Maptimum and the purchasing user. Users may not redistribute or sell the reports without explicit permission from Maptimum.

5. Payment Terms

Maptimum does not offer subscription services. Users pay for the number of reports they need at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate user accounts for:

  • Attempting to harm the website (e.g., hacking)
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities (e.g., fraudulent payments)
